Peter Durrer is an experienced hotelier and hospitality expert with over 25 years of experience in managing and developing top-tier hotels and hospitality establishments. He currently serves as the project manager and host at the Culinarium Alpinum in Stans, where he has been responsible for the launch and operation of this unique culinary center since 2020.
Previously, Peter Durrer was the Director of the Hotel Palace Luzern and host of the renowned Hotel Villa Honegg, which he established as one of Switzerland's friendliest luxury hotels. His career also includes leadership roles at the Swiss Hotel Management School Lucerne (SHL) and involvement in international projects.
